Free Trial Kits (orders totaling $0.00)

Since this order was part of our free trial offer and only shipping was paid, these trial items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including the shipping fee.

If you don't have an immediate use for your Intake right now, we recommend keeping it in your medicine cabinet alongside your cough, cold, or allergy essentials. That way, you'll have it handy the next time you're feeling congested or under the weather!

Returning all other items

To qualify for a refund, returns must meet the following requirements:

• Submitted within 90 days of delivery
• In good physical condition — not broken or damaged — and in its original packaging, including all accessories that came with your order
• Refill Packs (both individual and those shipped under a Refill Plan) must be returned unopened and untouched
• For US orders, a $6 return fee will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed
• Used tabs are exempt — those are yours to try, no need to send them back
